Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Payment Terms Invoicing: Silver, Gold, and Platinum clients are invoiced quarterly. The first quarter is invoiced at the start of the agreement. Future quarters are invoiced at the start of each quarter. Expenses: Travel-related costs (airfare, train, hotel, car rental, parking) are not included in fees. These will be billed at cost with receipts provided. Session Changes & Cancellations: Changes to scheduled sessions must be emailed to claire@madeforscale.net with at least 15 business days’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules (even with 30 working days’ notice) are paid as if they occurred. Travel or airfare change costs due to reschedules/cancellations will be invoiced with receipts. Termination Clause Either party may terminate the agreement for convenience with 60 days’ written notice. If terminated early, 90 days of regular fees will still be due. No refunds or reductions apply for cancellations during the first quarter.
