Claire Mula named Coach of the Year at the 2026 Scaling Up Coach Awards

I was both honoured and stunned this month to receive the Coach of the Year 2026 Award at the inaugural Scaling Up Coach Awards in Dallas.

It is a privilege to coach and support our clients every day, who are CEOs, owners and leaders of privately owned, mid-sized businesses ambitious to scale, build value and improve their team performance. They are the ones who deserve the real recognition and awards - 100%.

This award is particularly special as it was voted on by over 200 coaches globally from within the Scaling up Coaching community. There were also five other coaches honoured, all of whom I have learned so much from and enjoyed working with as part of the Scaling up global coaching community.

To my fellow coaches - thank you for this acknowledgement. You inspire me every day to do better for our clients.
